Discovering the World of Hunting Billbugs

Billbugs are tiny, nocturnal weevils and both the adults and larvae can cause damage to turf. This presentation explains why the billbugs are hard to discover and identify, and introduces the method for monitoring the population. Recent research results generated from the University of Missouri will also reveal the complex nature of the billbug biology, and the control options.
