Tommy Butts, assistant professor and extension weed scientist for the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture, presents updates across several rice weed science research trials. Butts discusses pre-emergence residuals and the importance of timing and herbicide selection in row rice weed control. Butts also highlighted an ongoing study on the effects of row spacing and nozzle type.
